Esquire finally published listicle writer John Mariani's Best New Restaurants of 2010 online. Also of note is Mariani's Andy Rooney-esque list "Trends We'd Like to Call a Thousand-Year Ban On" that has standard things like Miso cod and the molten cake, but also some totally bizarre inclusions like "iPad wine lists," "Waiters named Josh," "The term market on the menu," and "Restaurant names that include numbers" (two of this year's best actually have numbers).
