Hugh Jackman and Jean-Georges Vongerichten Discover the Sexy Power of Kimchee

Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and actor Hugh Jackman got together on Inconoclasts to talk shop. In preparation for a dinner the two cooked together at ABC Kitchen, they visit the Union Square Greenmarket in New York. Everything is very seasonal, local, and organic, until a vendor informs Jackman that kimchee is good for actors. When asked why, the flustered woman says: "Evidently, you need to stay sexy." Jackman tastes a sample and informs her, "I feel sexier already!"
