Cosentino and Pastore's Anti-OpenTable Rant

incanto-150.jpgChris Cosentino and Mark Pastore of San Francisco's Incanto don't use the online reservation system OpenTable because they feel it's not worth it. In their opinion, the ubiquity of the service has allowed the company to charge exorbitant restaurant-end fees, yet restaurants feel like they have to continue using the service or they will lose business.
