Watch a Preview of Jean-Georges Vongerichten on Iconoclasts

Airing this Saturday at 9pm on the Sundance Channel is the episode of Iconoclasts that pairs together actor Hugh Jackman and chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten (see some preview pics).

And they go on a bro date! They discuss their creative processes, go to boxing practice, visit a farmers' market, and then put together a benefit dinner at Jean-Georges’ new restaurant, ABC Kitchen (which was recently called restaurant of the year by Esquire magazine — good timing!). Below is a preview clip of Jean-Georges in action in his kitchen, but it sadly does not include any boxing. For that you'll have to watch the show.
