Hamburger lover Josh Ozersky has a column in Time today questioning the Michelin Guides. He points out that — accuracy and methodology aside — a reader can't understand why a certain restaurant received their rating based on the write-ups in the book, which are "incredibly banal and uncritical...you have no sense of exacting standards, a century of tradition or global authority. It's just another crappily written restaurant guide." [Time via Eater NY]
