Esquire's 20 Best New Restaurants of 2010

Today Esquire magazine releases its list of 2010 best new restaurants, its 27th annual edition. Restaurant features writer John Mariani awarded restaurant of the year to Jean-Georges Vongerichten's New York City restaurant ABC Kitchen. Chef of the year went to Sean Baker of the restaurant Gather in Berkeley, California.

The four "chefs to watch" were Nick Balla (Nombe, SF), Joshua Hopkins (Abattoir, Atlanta), Alon Shaya (Domenica, New Orleans), and Michael Schulson (Sampan, Philadelphia). Here's the the full list of restaurants:
