Eric Ripert Explains Attack on Ramsay

A couple of weeks ago, Chef Eric Ripert took to Twitter to criticize Gordon Ramsay and his show Hell's Kitchen. Ripert spoke to The Feast and elaborated: "You don't build teams, you don't train people, you don't create passion in them by intimidating them, insulting them, putting them down... I have been trained in France, the old-fashioned way, which was a little bit like that, and I don't recall being motivated by abuse and insults." [Feast]
