Eddie Huang on Sam Sifton and Chairman Bao

Chef and restaurateur Eddie Huang dropped by the Eater Lounge to talk about his new restaurant Xiao Ye, the alleged upcoming New York Times review by critic Sam Sifton, and his Kenny Powers dinner. He also had a special message for Eater readers.

Above, a photograph of Huang and Food Network personality Guy Fieri right outside the lounge — apparently the two go way back because Huang was a contestant on the show Ultimate Recipe Showdown when Fieri was the show's host.
