Sunday night sees the premiere of season three of arguably the best show on the Food Network, The Next Iron Chef, and this season's contestants are some heavy hitters. Host Alton Brown takes the show very seriously — earlier this week he told us, "When it starts veering away into being a reality show, I scream and jump up and down and pull down my pants and holler."
