There's a slight chance that Baltimore folks might not be used to having a celebrity chef in their presence. Case in point: in a glowing review of Bryan Voltaggio's Volt (about an hour outside the city), the January issue of Baltimore Magazine also shares advice for stalking the chef: "At some point, you may be curious to see what chef Bryan looks like in the flesh if he doesn't make an appearance in the main room. Our suggestion: Go to the bathroom. The restrooms are located across from the open kitchen, and it's quite simple to poke your head in and survey the lucky stiffs who have forked up big bucks to eat near the Master." [Baltimore Mag]
