Behold Delphine, Now Open in the W Hollywood

The striking Hollywood lady seen here is the one-day old Delphine, opened yesterday in the W Hollywood hotel, and it's slated to host a bevy of award show parties in the near future. The 6,000-square-foot space was designed by NY-based Mark Zeff and is run by Innovative Dining Group, which is responsible for places like Boa and Sushi Roku. In the kitchen, Sascha Lyon is the executive chef, and he's got a lengthy resume from NYC that includes opening Daniel and working at Balthazar and Pastis.
