On a recent episode of Gordon's Great Escape, a British Gordon Ramsay travel program, the chef went to South India to sample the local delicacies. The region is known as one of the great vegetarian food capitals of the world, and while meeting with a prominent Indian food critic, the journalist suggested that Gordo's meat-intake may be responsible for his perpetual irritability. Ramsay's response? "Eating meat makes you bad tempered? What a load of bollocks." [TDIV]
