The Philadelphia Business Journal reports today that restaurateur and Next Iron Chef winner Jose Garces is opening a 100-seat farm-to-table restaurant in Philadelphia's Cira Centre, near the city's 30th Street train station. The yet unnamed restaurant, Garces' seventh restaurant in the Philly area, will feature a theme inspired by a train line that used to run from the station to Lancaster county. What's more, Garces will be also be launching a new coffee brand out of the new spot, as an extension of his recently launched Garces Trading co., with beans roasted in nearby Lancaster County. [PBJ]
