Wondering what Top Chef Season 4 winner Stephanie Izard is up to these days? Well, for some time now, she's been quietly emerging as the queen of goat cookery in Chicago. A piece in today's Chicago Tribune credits Izard with kicking off a goat meat trend that is sweeping the city, after she introduced creative spins on cooking the animal in her "Wandering Goat" traveling dinner party series last year. Her newest restaurant, opening later this year, will even be called " Girl and the Goat". What's more -- if you can believe it -- her last name, is even the same as a mountain goat found in the Pyrenees Mountains. [Chicago Tribune]
