Voltaggio Bros. Show You How To Make Exploding Candy

The new Voltaggios Bros. Video is up, and it's much better than last week's four-minute gab fest. In this week's episode, Michael and Bryan show us how to make a classic dessert from their restaurants - Chocolate Pop Rocks Lollipops. As they explain, they serve the lollipops to the customers without telling them that there are pop rocks inside. Once the candy starts unexpectedly exploding in their mouth, guests are forced to recall presumably pleasant memories from their childhood. There's not a lot of heavy duty cooking on display here - basically, Bryan just melts chocolate in the microwave a few times, and adds pop rocks. But, if you watch carefully, you'll notice that he is looking at the wrong camera most of the time:
