Tre Gets a Job; One Less Ex-Top Cheffer Unemployed!

He's been out of the kitchen for nearly two years since leaving Abacus in late 2007, but now comes word that Tre Wilcox of Top Chef fame (season three, for those keeping score at home) finally has a real restaurant gig! Come the first week of October, Wilcox will abandon his "private chef" role to take over the executive chef duties at Loft 610. His new menu will drop on October 6, because the numbers 10/6 relate to the restaurant's name. See what they did there?
