It was probably only a matter of time before Spain decided to open an entire culinary school dedicated to the wonders of molecular gastronomy (or whatever you want to call it). Due to open in in San Sebastian in September 2011, it's going to be called the University for Gastronomical Science and the Centre for Gastronomical Research and Innovation (even the name is complicated!), and will be set inside a building that will resemble a pile of stacked plates. Chefs, get those college applications ready. [The Appetizer]
