Gordon Ramsay's American presence may be taking some bumps and bruises lately, but in 2010, the celebrity chef will still somehow continue to expand his global empire: he's opening two new restaurants in Melbourne, Australia next year. Chef Josh Emett—who runs the NYC restaurant—will be the chef de cuisine for the first two Aussie offerings, which will be spinoffs of Ramsay's London concepts Maze and Maze Grill. [HM]
