The Miami/South Florida version of Zagat dropped this morning. Some of the more notable items of note from Tim n' Nina in this year's little red book: there's been a dramatic drop in dining out in South Florida, service remains the top complaint, Joe's Stone Crab was named Most Popular yet again, and Hakkasan is the year's Top Newcomer. The big winner, though, is the Biltmore Hotel's Palme d'Or, which swept the Top Food, Decor and Service categories. [PR Newswire via Eater Miami]
