Every year, the Michelin two-star restaurant at Napa Valley's luxury resort Meadowood hosts an annual gathering of top-flight chefs called the 12 Days of Christmas. Each star chef gets his/her own night to craft an elaborate tasting menu paired with one of Napa's top vintners. Participating this year are Marcus Samuelsson, Paul Liebrandt, Laurent Gras and of course, Meadowood's Christopher Kostow, among others.
This year's festivities are about halfway through, but to mark the occasion, Eater is bringing you behind-the-scenes shots from the kitchen. Eater SF already shared some hot scenes from the Animal edition last week, and today, we take snapshots from Day Five (starring Food & Wine Best New Chef Naomi Pomeroy of Beast and fellow Portland chefs Gabriel Rucker and Jason Barwikowski) and Day Six (Michael Cimarusti of LA's Providence).
