Pierre Gagnaire already has a Michelin-starred London eatery in Sketch, but next month the French chef will open a temporary pop-up cafe within the Royal Academy of Arts.
The cafe will run in conjunction with a new art exhibition about climate change. The eatery will take on some of those similar themes by using furniture made from recycled cardboard and opening up the outdoor patio during the frigid winter months, providing "handmade patchwork rugs and hot water bottles." Still, Londoners and tourists should take note, because you know, it's a take-out joint from one of the most famous chefs in the world.
