Restaurants & Institutions has unveiled its 20 menu predictions for 2010, and lo and behold, they look a lot like the trends that gained lots of traction in 2009: more Kogi-inspired Asian-Latin fusion, eggs everywhere, fancy chefs going downscale, teatime (?), coal-fired pizza, and of course, the requisite return to comfort food and basics.
