Bouchon Beverly Hills Eyes Firm Date, Opens Resy Lines

Ever since details about Sir Thomas Keller's first foray into LaLaLand came out last year, November '09 has been circled on calendars everywhere (or at least in Southern California). Today, Bouchon Beverly Hills has opened the reservation lines. November 18 is still the firm opening date for dinner service at Keller's third location of his bistro concept (the others are in Napa and Vegas). This time around, Lord Keller has 11,000 square feet spread over two levels. Designed by Adam Tihany, there's a Bouchon Bakery attached too, meaning the whole compound will probably be the New Black in LA come the second half of the month.
