Been staying awake nights wondering what Eric Ripert and Jacques Pepin would eat on Death Row? Congrats, you can sleep again! The chefs revealed their perfect final courses at Miami's Arsht Center on Friday, in a staged conversation with (who else?) Anthony Bourdain. Pepin mused that at the end, he's reaching for "a bottle of scotch," while Ripert would opt for "a good bottle of Bordeaux and maybe something like a roasted chicken with wild mushrooms, something that lasts a long time."
