2009_11_cheesecake.jpgThe Cheesecake Factory has agreed to pay $345,000 to settle a federal lawsuit claiming the restaurant let male employees sexually harass other male workers. The prosecution shared the curious alleged that: "Beyond the lavish decor that the company boasts on its website was a horribly dysfunctional workplace where male workers lived in fear." They weren't joking—look how scary the website is. For its part, Cheesecake calls the suit without merit and says it settled to "avoid any further disruptions." [Reuters]
