After four weeks of eliminations at the hands of some of the most notable food writers and chefs in the country, Food52's Tournament of Cookbooks has reached its stirring climax. Nora Ephron did the honors of crowning a champion, and despite a strong showing from runner-up Canal House Cooking by Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamilton, the book that takes home The Piglet trophy is Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way by Francis Mallmann with Peter Kaminsky.
