Nora Ephron did the honors of crowning a champion, and despite a strong showing from runner-up Canal House Cooking by Christopher Hirsheimer and Melissa Hamilton, the book that takes home The Piglet trophy is Seven Fires: Grilling the Argentine Way by Francis Mallmann with Peter Kaminsky.
