And to educate unfamiliar Mexicans about "real" Chinese food, PF Chang's "hired an open truck last month to drive around Mexico City with a massive statue of a horse and models dressed as terra-cotta warriors who handed out Chinese takeout boxes filled with chocolate fortune cookies."
