Manhattan steakhouse Sparks settled a $3 million class action lawsuit filed by a group of servers who claimed they were getting shorted on tips. It is believed to be the largest ever settlement for a restaurant in a tip-skimming case, and the money will be divided between current and former waiters, with some receiving over $20,000.
