NEW ORLEANS—In times like these, even the old school, upscale joints have to adjust, even to the chagrin of some. Take, for example, Antoine's, which opened in New Orleans back in 1840. For the first time, it's added English translations and a jazz brunch, while doing away with the coat and tie dress code. [ABC]
