In Napa, Copia—the ill-fated American Center for Food and Wine that was conceived by Julia Child and Robert Mondavi—has been on the market for a few weeks now, and though there aren't any confirmed takers yet, it does appear that a hotel is the most likely conclusion for the 17-acre campus.
