His initial reaction and eventual solution to the proposal: "It’s impossible. There’s no way you can do a restaurant here. It’s too big; it’s 22,000 square feet ... What I would do with it, I’d make it a sports bar. I’d make a sports bar that would just put Las Vegas upside down; like they’ve never seen." [BoB]
