Not too long ago, Jamie Oliver announced that he would open 30 Italian restaurants across Asia. He's now looking for, oh, $22 million worth of funding from private investors: "An initial team of about 10 has been on the ground in Asia for several months, working on logistics, brand management, real estate, training and operational support. [Partner Edward] Pinshow said he was confident the Jamie's Italian concept would succeed in Asia." [Bloomberg]
