Miami newbie Red Ginger spans the gamut on Japanese-American fusion cuisine, with a varied menu that runs from crispy kale blossoms to grilled corn on the cob with Parmesan and togarashi to sushi. And in effort to complement the restaurant's Asian flair, beverage director Marko Tomovic put together a list of speciality cocktails that incorporate ingredients like plum sake and Japanese soda. Below, a recipe for one of Red Ginger's signature intoxicants, one so simple that it's a drink you can actually make.
