The biannual food magazine Cherry Bombe has announced the line up for its second Jubilee conference that will take place in New York City in March. Similar to last year, the conference is "a day of celebration and conversation with some of the most inspiring women in the world of food." The speaker line up includes chefs like Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn, SF), Tanya Holland (Brown Sugar Kitchen, Oakland), Elise Kornack (Take Root, Brooklyn), and April Bloomfield (Spotted Pig, NYC). Also participating are food show hosts like Ina Garten and Padma Lakshmi, as well food media representatives like Charlotte Druckman, Jordana Rothman, and Julia Turshen.
The exact schedule has not been revealed yet, but attendees can expect a range of talks, panels, presentations, and videos. Jubilee is headed up by Cherry Bombe co-founders Claudia Wu and Kerry Diamond, who is also the editor-in-chief of Yahoo food. Diamond told Eater last week that this year's conference will be "similar in many ways to last year's." (See what the 2014 conference was like here.) However, this year's conference will be recorded by Heritage Radio and will live online so "if you can't make it to the event you can still listen." Jubilee will take place March 29 at the High Line Hotel in Manhattan. Tickets — which are $225 per person — go on sale tomorrow.
