New York City's The Dutch puts out quite the feast every Thanksgiving. The restaurant goes through 75 organic turkeys, 45 quarts of gravy, 20 quarts of brown butter, and an endless selection of farmers' market vegetables and fruits for each year's feast. Watch how the team puts it all together, including dishes like andouille sausage stuffing, Brussels sprouts and bacon, apple pecan pie, and of course, the main event: a roasted turkey with chestnut and oyster mushrooms. For those in New York City, The Dutch is still taking reservations for Thanksgiving Day.
