On the latest episode of his Raw Craft video series, Parts Unknown host Anthony Bourdain visits Dufftown, Scotland, to see where The Balvenie scotch is made. Bourdain dives into all aspects of the distillery with employees who have been around for decades, seeing the production process that goes from building barrels to tasting the final product.
Because Bourdain is who he is, he's fortunate enough to sample some whisky that dates back to the '70s. The verdict: "You've gotta be pretty happy with this."
