After much anticipation and nightmare-inducing videos, chef Roy Choi's "ode to Korean cuisine" POT made its debut yesterday inside Los Angeles' Line Hotel, and Eater LA has a look inside. As promised, tables come topped with induction burners for Choi's elevated take on stews and noodle bowls, so decor is at a fire-hazard-reducing minimum: Check out the under-table storage areas and accents attached only to the walls. The room's most colorful aspect: Undoubtedly the POT menu, which arrives on oversized newsprint, complete with an image of an old woman smoking an oversized cigar.
