Here are your Tuesday afternoon book deals. According to a press release, Chef Jean-François Piège of Restaurant Jean-François Piège in Paris, France has landed a cookbook deal. He will publish Jean-François Piège with Flammarion. The 240-page book will feature "ninety building-block recipes that can be combined in countless variations." The book will teach readers how to make everything from white asparagus with smoked salmon and horseradish cream to chicken with morel sauce. The cloth-bound book will be released in March 2015.
Legendary French chef Paul Bocuse is also publishing a cookbook with Flammarion. Titled Paul Bocuse: Simply Delicious the 240-page book will feature 126 of the chef's favorite recipes from quiche Lorraine to iced cherry soufflé. It will also contain 78 full-page photographs and the book will be released in March 2015, as well.
