Last night on the season premiere of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, food dude Guy Fieri and his good buddy and actor dude Matthew McConaughey went to The Monument Cafe in Georgetown, Texas (30 miles north of Austin). McConaughey is a native Texan, but he's never had the Texan classic King Ranch casserole (said McConaughey, "My mom was not a good cook"). The casserole is a combination enchilada/casserole, so McConaughey suggested a new name: the bro-friendly "Cashilada."
